"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered from Zugu Case and, umm, didn’t think it would arrive so quickly. The shipping updates were easy enough to follow, and the case showed up in perfect condition. Really happy with how fast everything went

"Easy ordering and no hassle"
I ordered from zugucase.com and the whole checkout process was easy. The site was clear, I found the case I wanted quickly, and the payment went through without any problems. I got the confirmation email right away too, which was nice. Overall it was a smooth experience and nothing felt confusing or annoying. Did anyone else have the same experience with their order?

"Keeps my iPad right where I need it"
This does a great job holding my iPad solidly in place. It feels secure, doesn’t slip around, and just works exactly how I hoped it would.

"I really like the design, it’s simple…"
I really like the design, it’s simple, clean, and easy to use. that’s a big reason I’m sticking around. If it starts getting cluttered or overcomplicated, though, I’d probably look elsewhere.

"Portrait mode finally works right..."
I use my iPad upright all the time, and this case actually keeps it steady. It doesn’t slide around, even when I’ve got it sitting on my lap... which was a big deal for me. Really happy with it so far

"Finally found a stand that actually stays put"
I picked up the Zugu case mainly because I was tired of my iPad slipping around every time I tried to use it as a little screen. Small win: I can finally watch a show while making lunch or type with my Bluetooth keyboard without constantly readjusting it. The stand angles lock in really well, whether it’s on my desk or on my lap, and it feels sturdy without being a hassle to move around. Nothing flashy to say, honestly — it just does exactly what I needed it to do

"The camera cutout is spot on"
I mainly bought my Zugu case for the protection, but one thing I noticed right away is how well the camera cutout lines up. In my opinion, that’s the kind of detail that makes a case feel actually well-designed. There’s no shadow, no blocked corner in photos, and I don’t have to take the case off just to get a clean shot. It’s a small thing, but it makes a difference

Ordering from zugucase was easy. I found what I was looking for without much digging, the site was simple to navigate, and checkout was quick. I’m totally calm about it, but I do wish some of the product details were a little easier to find instead of making me hunt around. Nothing major though, overall, it was a good experience

"Quick and easy support"
I had a problem with my case order, so I emailed support and they got back to me quickly. They fixed it without turning it into some unnecessary hassle, which I really appreciated. Super nice people, no runaround, and it made me feel a lot better about ordering from them again

"Noticed a Good Pattern So Far"
I’ve dropped my phone enough times to know what usually happens, and when this one hit the tile I was already expecting the worst. But nothing cracked, and the case took the hit like it was supposed to. So far, the pattern is clear: this case actually does its job

The case feels nice overall, but it doesn’t work that well with my glass screen protector. When I snap the iPad in, the edges lift up a bit around the screen. I tried adjusting it a few times, but it kept doing the same thing. It’s a little annoying for the price. The case itself is okay, I just wish they were more clear about this

"Not what I expected"
I felt a bit misled by this. It looked like it would be sleek and easy to use, but once I put it on my iPad, it made the whole thing feel heavy and way too chunky. Not really the lightweight setup I thought I was getting.

"Nice case, but the Pencil fit could be better"
The case itself feels sturdy and looks good, so I don’t really have complaints there. Where I’m a little disappointed is with the Apple Pencil area. It does attach and charge, but it feels tighter and more awkward than it should, and I find myself having to adjust it more than expected. For the price, I think it’s fair to expect that part to work a bit more smoothly. I’m still using it, but I wouldn’t say I’m completely satisfied

"Great viewing angles for my iPad"
I’ve been really happy with how well the viewing angles work with my iPad. I can set it up on the table and still see the screen clearly from the side, which is nice when my sister and I are both looking at something together. Simple, but it does exactly what I needed

"Nice case, but the sound feels a bit blocked"
I like how the case feels in hand, it’s comfortable and seems solid. The only thing is the speaker and mic openings feel a little tight, so the sound doesn’t come through as clearly as I hoped. It’s still usable, just not as open sounding as I expected. Anyway.

"Nice case, but the wake feature is frustrating"
The case itself feels nice and I like the way it looks, but the auto sleep/wake feature has been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it works like it should, and other times I open it up and still have to press the button, which is more annoying than I expected. It’s not the biggest problem in the world, but for the price I really didn’t think I’d be dealing with that extra little bit of stress every time I use it. Overall it’s decent, I just wish it was more reliable.
